Very Rubenesque. The only thing that worried me is that her left eye seems wrong for some reason???
Well done babe.

Wow, i can say finally, someone who isnt afraid to show how real people look, everyone else including me, only draw girls with a waist of 3 inches, so this looks really good. cool

Wow, thanks! And thanks so much for the fave!
I discovered that while this was much fun and a very good art exercise, drawing the super heroine figure is easier. *L*
And there really are people as thin as we draw them. They're called bitches by other women. *L*

*LOL* I was joking, playing on the stereotypical 'fact' that a woman will hate any other woman who looks better than she does. It's quite common for a woman to look at another who is more beautiful and call her or think "bitch!" out of envy. Fortunately, I am not that insecure and if I say it for that reason, it's out of jest. I know women with perfect figures, too, who are lovely inside and out. (another stereotype: all beautiful, slender women are evil and conniving.)
So not meant as an insult against said ladies, just said as a joke.
And few women LIKE to be called bitch, tho I often take it as a compliment. *winks*

Oookies... I don't really know if they have ELS there.. I do remember going to an International Lutheran Church once for a youth group in Seoul... Hmm.. *goes off to look for address*
International Lutheran Church
Location: Hannam 2-dong, north of Hannam Village
Language: English, Tel: 02-794-6274
I dunno if that's their latest information but if I remember correctly, you had to take line 6 (brown line) to the Hangangjin stop (1 after Itaewon) and get out at exit 5, I think? Walk toward Hannam and stuff and you should find it near the top of the main Hannam road at the intersection near Itaewon. You should probably tell 'em to call the phone number too since I'm being such a great help with my lousy directions *grin* Anyways... if they can't find that, I know a great International Baptist Church *wink* Hope that helps!

*LOL* "real" depending on where you're from, I suppose. Country-wise, I mean. I suppose in Korea this is not considered a popular body type.
Speaking of which, in another comment you mentioned questions. Mari lived there for 15 months and Rob for a year when he was in the Army so I think they're okay, but I do have a question I know Rob also has... are you familiar with the ELS? Evangelical Lutheran Synod? They have any of those over there that you know of? I know they don't have WELS, which is my home synod, but ELS is a sister synod.
*HUUUGS* Thanks honey!

DiVinci, Rafael, the greats... all the woman had small breasts and about 20 pounds to lose. Not sure that was the norm or just their preferred look, but in some cultures, the extra padding indicates richness... the money to afford food and luxuries. As in Fiddler on The Roof where the lead dreams of the day his wife has a 'proper double chin'. It was something that showed status. Nowadays... heaven forbid you're ten pounds too heavy or don't look like a model.
...Unless you're black, then it's okay. I've never been able to figure that out. Kirstie Allet (who is HAPPY being plump) gets bashed for it, Queen Latifah (whom I think is one of the most beautiful women alive today) gets applauded for it. What's the deal??

My friends and I used to employ 'healthy' as a euphemism meaning overweight, basically. Because you can never be too healthy. And of course, we used it so kindly because we were 'healthy' ourselves. I am still healthy. *LOL* I certainly don't have the kind of figures I draw for my superheroes, but then, there are few who do.
Anyway, thanks sweetpea!! Always enjoy your comments, as you well know. *grins*

I don't mean it as overweight, I mean it the way I said it - healthy. I'm pretty healthy. 135 at 5'6''. I'm a little chubsy 'cause of winter (I hibernate XD!!!!). 125 is my usual weight. I exercise and practice good eating habits. I don't mind not being a stick girl like the celebrities.
I'm glad you enjoy them ^^ I enjoy yours too, naturally >^^<

*LOL* Just teasing with ya honey. And I agree, healthy is the way to go. 135 at 5'6" is just about exactly right. I think the average is 130, so yer doing awesome, really. I'm that height and dear God, wish I was 135. *envy*
No, yer not a stick and yer not chubby either. You would be just perfect. I've seen pics, remember?

Not bad, the proportions do look a little off - as does the head a little small, and the eyes out of sync, but I like the pudgy smoothness of it... though, personally I prefer your "angular nary-an-ounce-of-fat-on-their-body-type gals." ^_^
