A few days ago I was reading about the fashion in Japan o3o and find this awesome style called "decora" and is so freaking cute xD and rainbow...and eye burning that I had to make this xDthis was originally for a contest but now I love him so much to let it go ;A;
He's a new Oc, I'm not sure of his bio yet :T I only know is the big bro of my little Girl Kitty /if you were in Sketchfu you might know her/
Also I need a name for him :T can you help me? the only condittion is that it must start with a K ok o3ob
