They are the companions of Drop [link] [link]

They are made out of the souls who have ceirtain characteristics. Ira is the one in charge to choose them [link]

They might look like normal kids at first glance, but if you pay attention you can notice their eyes are full black and their skin is a sick pale color. They would normally aproach you while crying and asking for help, if you refuse to help, they will go away, but then you'll see them everywhere, they will follow you, scaring you, until you finally become insane, then they'll eat you or your soul (Whatever the master /drop/ wants) But if you help them they will take you to a disolated place to eat you...either way you are dead :'D

Drop takes care of them like if they are his own sons and daughters, but they have almost no free will at all, kind of like puppys just a little bit more intelligent.
