If this wasn't traced in any way or RPCed, then it's very good! It's impressive how you use different colored lines to achieve a nice affect. Besides, the shading is very nice. I would've liked to see more of her other pony tail, though, whipping up with the other. Perhaps more loose strands of hair, as well. I also would've added a highlight to her hair, maybe a white or a very light blonde just to give it a bit more "pop". I mean I'm not good with pixel either, but I learned how to use photoshop to make animated .gif images but I use a sprite sheet with the characters movements and all you do is copy them then use a frame for each sprite ^_^

its good....hey i saw junoxino's critique on it and i thought.....
the lines should be a bit bolder(not thicker) and there should be more highlights with the colors(u got only two shades there) and finally.....the hair...probably the lineart needs a bit adjustment to the hair a bit more strands, you got the shape of the hair but no depth.
