Abubakar isn't the most trustworthy tank engine at Dar es Salaam Docks, while most of the cargo that comes through there will end up on the ships, sometimes the more valuable stuff will end up on the black market thanks to this red tank engine. (also this was a red Oliver recolor in a past life)
