yes this is just Fowler in Galaxy-Afro 's series but there's more than that.

see a while ago, we were talking in the Discord Server about what was on the other side of the Rolling River Bridge from the Great Discovery, Galaxy-Afro said there was an abandoned broad gauge railway there, and soon began coming up with engines, I offered to him that he could use my OC Fowler, and he decided to rename him Iron Neptune because most broad gauge engines were named after space stuff.

he's still the story teller of the group who often dreams about the seaside, but now he kind of looks like a creamsicle (and I wasn't even going for that when I came up with the livery.)
