First I will say how much I love cityscapes and city photography, big fan myself. The colour in the lights is just crisp, sharp and nicely saturated.
Now for the critique, I notice there to be slight digital noise, probably due to an underexposed photo, after editing to get it exposed correctly. Second I notice the horizon to be on a bit of a lean to the right side. Thirdly that boat or something in the river is a little distracting and causes the light reflections from the high rises so look weird.
With in saying all this, I love the scene and I think you've done a good job!

Whow what a good colorful reflection you have captrued there! really nice hmm what else.. I think that big cities looks good in photos so does it here

wow great shot! the clouds could be a bit distracting if you want to focus on the city though.
