Great job on the contrasts! At least you have the guts to use whole blacks and whole whites instead of grey tones only.

And the pose is very natural, and not as boring as most dog portraits usually are. Well done.

thanks alot, i feel the same way. The reason for the drawing was the pose and the lighting. Like you mentioned its different and eye catching. Well thanks alot for the comment.
