Name: Sae Dist

Why is she so evil?: As her name says, she is a sadist. She enjoys strapping men and women to the walls, tearing them limb from limb, playing with their intesetense, gagging cocky young men with their own...pride and joy...The list goes on. She enjoys the suffering of others and will severly spank someone who says otherwise.

Backstory: Born and raised in the old world country of Rosslanprogany: a very tiny little country where goats are more common than people, sausage is not only food but a great way to say 'you piss me off' and women are still only objects. Little Sae was not spared. She was constantly refered to as worthless, useless and just an object by her father, as well as physically abused as well. His 'etname' for her was even 'Shit'. But, of course, she grew used to it, even though she grew bitter at the thought that American women were out there at least FIGHTING for their rights. Why not her? At the age of 14, she was literally sold as a mistress to wealthy American criminal, Ted Hyler. He was no better than her father, only using the girl for sex and 'target practice' with silverware. For 4 long years, she dealt with his drunken abuse and curdeling breathe down her neck, until one night...She snapped. She tied his arms and legs up to the posts of the bed, picked off his fingernails, poured in salt, sliced off his fingers, chopped off his testicles and gagged him with them, opened his stomach and had the sheep eat away at his innards as she peeled away at his skin, especially his face. Obviously, he died. She ran away from...the country with a really long name to America at long last, the only thing with her was the strands of Ted's muscle tissue in her hair and wrapped in her newly made whip.
Ted, a wealthy man from embezzelement, left Sae with millions of dollars, only because she gave the judge some...'leasure', instead of leaving it to his own wife. She now lives in the small area called 'Lustania', in her custom-made castle filled to the brim with slaves and torture devices.

Why does she deserve this award?: She deserves it simply because she is a vile villainess at heart who simply lives to watch others suffer.

Special abilities/powers:
-Some sort of Military genius
-No actual 'owers', but her singing's so ghastly and shrill the LEAST it can do is make you bleed uncontrollably from the eyes.
Henchmen:
She has many 'henchmen', but her #1 slave/henchman would have to be the bitter, 36-year-old chemistry teacher bent on world domination: Boogie Frued.
