If this is the cloud from Regular FF7, Then'll he lose.
If he's the one from Advent Children, He'll win.
Then Again, It also matters if this is DMC Regular Dante or the Experienced DMC 4 Dante....
If Regular, He'll win against Regular Cloud, and be pwned by Advent Cloud
If DMC4, He'll absolutsly pwn Regular Cloud, and they'll be even if it's Advent Cloud, Determined by who strikes the last blow.
Either way, It'd be an awesome battle.

Quicksilver for one example,
Would leave ether cloud helpless an a newborn.

Every hit would shock the fuck out of cloud.
And topping it off Dante's Devil trigger...
He really would be halfway to invincible.
Not just almost impervious to damage,
But control over lightning?!?
DEAD CLOUD.
Cloud is fucking awesome though!

Cloud don't heal deep slashes in seconds.
Dante has been run through an impaled before...
An in Dmc 1 an in 3 it took about 30 seconds...

out the damn window!
