Ehhhh this person's lying! There's a ton of child death, there's literally a janitor that wants to kill the new nice janitor and take his mop (his weapon of choice) he also kills kids, there's a drug addict teacher, rich brothers and one wants to kill the other to inherit their fortune! And yes, they're still 5 years old-
And more-
Technically in the first game it already went there, the mean janitor killed one of the girls' dog and started selling pieces of him during lunch, you literally are told by the janitor, to buy one and give it to the girl to eat.
I mean literally anything goes for the protag, but having an animal's blood on his own hands seems to be the point he's like "No, fuck that."

Oh wait you misunderstood! Kid gets pestered a couple times to do it, but he says "Look, if you ask me one more time, I'll do it, but you won't get any kind of reward for this" and when if you press do it again he does and just leaves school, done for the day.
