Advice? Hm, well I can try!
You've got the lighting down really well, but to improve that you could make a more gradual gradient across the body, so it sort of fades a little as it gets further away from the light source. I normally use a low opacity brush and build it up.
It might also be worth cleaning up those white blobs around the dragon. I like the sketchy look of the lines, but it doesn't really need the extra bits.
The only other thing I can think of is a minor detail. One of the belly plates curves the opposite way to the others, but it usually looks better if they're all the same c:
Feel free to ignore if you want though, I'm no expert haha.

Thanks as for the shading, i was trying out cell shading (wasn't great but it works)Thanks for the input I believe there is always room to improbve and the best way is to ask someone else (and the white was transparent but this program i use has... trouble...)
