all i get from cheats is pokemon only in japan and master balls. if i only use cheats all the time then there is no point of playing

I've never tried cheats, but I would like to use a cheat where you got Rare Candies cause I'm really lazy.

got an action replay? if not, get one, make sure you have Pokemon Diamond and Pearl on it. and look for it in the "Items bag slot 1 (press L+R)" and activate it. when you turn on the game, before you open the manu and bag, press and hold L+R then when you get in the bag, it should be there.
