Chaos: Don't hate me for the lined paper. I never intended to fully shade this. >> Anyway, this was just for fun practise of eyes - which I adore doing, as you can see - and scales, which I've never properly tried before. They're evil little creatures, those scales. *shudder* Anyway, pencil on lined paper. Took just over an hour. Yes, I work at light speed without consideration for huge detail and perfect shading. The scanner twitched on the cheek and the snout annoys me. Otherwise, no complaints! How about that? ^^
Flower: Doing veined membranes was also interesting. I've finally worked out that you have to kind of make your hand shake while doing them (sugar helps) in order to get them to look authentic. They're also semi-transparent, which was fun. This is live and unedited, though I halfsized it due to a previous mention that a sketch was too big, and I might Photoshop that cheek flaw out at some point. This picture was great fun to do!
Chaos: If it wasn't for all the people looking over my shoulder and asking where I was copying from. It's all in my head! Why doesn't anybody believe me?!
