12-Thousand years into the future Issei Hyodou was crowned as "Sekiryushintei" or the Red Dragon-God Emperor, after Alex's death he swore to keep the treaty in check. through the years his powers steadily but surely matured until he has finally able to attain his ultimate form. with that the Boosted gear transformed into a sleeker more dragon like appearance signifying Issei's growth as its possessor, his Scale-Mail also transformed; now it becomes more organic like and has the same strength as real Dragon scales.

The Boosted Gear's dragon gem also changed shape, now its diamond like and more compact. Issei can also use his Harem's abilities through the new Dragon gem, he can absorb anyone into the gem and use the person's powers morphed with his Dragon powers.

Issei + Rias = Dragon of Destruction / Issei can manipulate the powers of Destruction
Issei + Akeno = Lance of Dragon & Lightning / Issei can create powerful lances of pure lightning and throw them like spears
Issei + Asia = Dragon Sorcerer / Issei's magical abilities drastically increase, he becomes invulnerable
Issei + Koneko = Sage Dragon / Issei can mix Senjutsu energy with his dragon powers
Issei + Xenovia = Dragon's Sword / Issei is able to use Ascalon & Durandal and use an attack called "Dragon Strike"
Issei + Irina = Dragon's Guardian / Issei can use Holy light spears and exorcise rouge demons
Issei + Ravel = Immortal Dragon Flame / Issei can use phenex flames by snapping his fingers and redirect them to an enemy,
Issei + Rose = Dragon's Valkerie / Issei has access to Mjolnir & Norse defensive magic, his defense also doubles.
Issei + Kuroka = Black Dragon's Curse / Issei has access to dark senjutsu magic
