Purgatory, not a nice place to be an Angel and not a nice place to be alone. I'm sure he has his reasons.Trying to do something different here, not sure if my skills were up to it yet though, i'll wait for feed back.
My inspiration came from the last couple of episodes of Supernatural. I really want to know what has happened to Castiel! It's giving me angst!

I think the blood is a weak point though, I really struggled to work out how the lighting should effect it and looking back at it now it doesn't look right!

There aren't many images that can make me cringe, but this one had me doing a full-body shudder. I love the detail, especially the jagged edging of bone protruding from his back.

The lines of his body are beautifully rendered. I see where you have shown with great detail the bones of the lost wings as though they were cut off or even ripped instead of burned or broken. His pale feel do not seem worn as they more than likely have not walked a great deal. The bones of his body show clearly as he has not eaten or cared for Jimmy's body and he appears malnourished.
