Impact
This has to be on of my favorite pieces that =Chaosella has created. Thee overall impact and message of the picture makes you really stop and think about so many different things; from worldly issues, to internal/personal issues, and not to mention how nice the image looks in entirety.
The use of the white charcoal and the black ink demonstrates a very smooth transition between light and dark; and the two certainly contrast each other very well. - (Your pen skills are seriously mind-blowing!)
The only things that I can even start to point my finger at here, is that the right side of the earth is just ever so slightly more flat than the left side; but it's really almost completely unnoticeable. I think a lot of us know how hard it is to make a perfect circle e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/wā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Wink)" />
Plus, I'm missing that awesome newspaper frame that you have around it in the glass case at school; it adds a little bit of a background to the image, but those things are minor.
Otherwise, I believe that your technique for this piece was used excellently, and the choice of using minimal colors really brings your attention to the drawing, instead of having your mind wander else-where.
I think that many others would agree that this piece is outstanding, original, professionally made, and it definitely makes you say/think "Wow!"
Fantastic job! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/cā¦ " width="20" height="20" alt="" title="Clap" />
