CC-066, designate Harbinger, is a Jango Fett clone in the service of the Grand Army of the Republic and who would also be one of the founding members of the Imperial Crimson Phoenix Military.

A veteran of the very First Battle of Geonosis, Harbinger had been responsible for leading a hardcore defense of an important landing area while using a mixture of AT-TE Walkers and captured Separatist heavy artillery to repel a staggering 18 enemy assault waves. He and his clone brothers not only emerge victorious but have left a horrific field of Geonosian and CIS droid bodies all around them.

Graduating at the top of Alpha-117's Officer Program, Harbinger is rather silent when attending meetings yet jokes with his brothers and often helps out in the hangar bays, learning how to fix vehicles.

When assigned to Shinji Ikari's Group, he immediately swore personal loyalty to the Heir of Eternal Chaos and his immediate siblings before utilizing what he had learned in developing better tactics. He came to the defense of Ahsoka Tano's reckless decision to hold her position during the Battle of Felucia and while he refuse to obey Obi-Wan Kenobi's orders at the time, he had to admit that the decision was quite foolish when talking with Cody and Rex.

Like all the 1.7 million clones who were permamently assigned to Shinji's Group, Harbinger has no real moral obligation in taking Geonosians prisoners since he felt a desire to exact revenge for his fallen brothers. However, he did obeys Shniji's orders of taking other CIS soldiers prisoners, especially officers whom Shinji's group would fight.

Harbinger had some concerns when working the Space Marine Legions - Blood Angels and Ultramarines - of Earth-40K due to their fanatical devotion to a dead God-Emperor but since their world had been ravaged, the legions swore their undying loyalty to Shinji since he's the descendant of the Emperor of Man's Sworn Brother - Velikius Draculinus.

Harbinger and his Havoc Division proves instrumental in fighting the Zentraedi Imperial Forces as well as the Marduk and Kree, earning a deep respect from their enemies while receiving similar respect from those aboard SDF-1. He and his men are the first Clones to pilot Veritechs and Mobile-Suits, which Harbinger worked out the details for defending Macross City.

He and his men not only staged a tough defense against the invading Zentreadi forces of Lord Khyron on two occasions but helps out in rescuing injured civilians in Khyron's second attack.

When the Crimson Phoenix Empire was formed, Harbinger was among the numerous field officers to cut the palm of their hands and renews their loyalty to Shinji, even handing a parchment containing their bloodied handprints.

He and his men never had the conditioning program as other clones had when Order 66 was issued, resulting in him facing off against Jesse and accuses him and the others of 'selling their souls' to a Sith Lord.

Harbinger has respect for the Jedi individuals whom he met and while Kanan Jarrus was initially reluctant to trust him, his ties with Shinji was enough to earn the then-Padawan's trust and thus secures his escape before going to extract other clone brothers before the Imperial Reformation Program was initiated.
