Niera is a high-ranking commander within the elite Totenkoff Division of the Netherworld Empire.
She is a classmate of Alicia Beck and like her friend, she is a high-ranking officer who is given her own Star Destroyer while becoming a field officer. Her Star Destroyer is the Relentless, which had originally been Admiral Konstantine's before he was killed in the Battle of Attollon.
She is also commands an elite infantry brigade and is assisted by Clone ARC Trooper Officer Zekk.
