Description OOC of the Anti-Hero martial artist of the Tekken franchise

------------

Jin is the son of Kazuya Mishima and Jun Kazama, the grandson of Heihachi Mishima and Kazumi Mishima, the adoptive nephew of Lee Chaolan, the half-nephew of Lars Alexandersson, surrogate brother to cousin Asuka Kazama, and the great-grandson of Jinpachi Mishima. He is also adopted uncle of Chris Thorndyke of Earth-717 and 37th cousin of Shinji & Takuto Ikari, the infamous Twin Heirs of Eternal Chaos

Jun's intimate relationship with Kazuya grew and she became pregnant with Jin. The devil within Kazuya attempted to enter Jin while he was still in his mother's womb, but Jun managed to fight it off. Afterwards, Jun moved to a remote location in the mountains, where she raised Jin and trained him in the Kazama family's self-defense fighting style.

Several years later, Jun sensed the approaching of a great evil and decided that it was about time she told Jin concerning his origins. She also told him that if anything were to happen to her, he should look for his grandfather, Heihachi Mishima. Jun's premonitions proved to be true, as she was attacked by Ogre four days later on Jin's 15th birthday. Hours after the chaos, Jin, who fell unconscious, then awoke amongst the rubble and began searching for his mother, eventually finding her in Neo-Tokyo.

By being reunited with her and choosing his bond with his mother over seeking out Heihachi Mishima in order to become strong enough to slay Ogre, Jin's fate changes forever and he became a force to be reckoned with once he accepts training in both Kyokugenryu Karate - under Anthony Vermillion & Jonathan Amagawa - and Anatsuken Karate under his aunt Atsuma Ikari as well as Gouken Ikari, the man who trained Ryu and Ken Masters.

Four years later, having mastered the two rival karate fighting styles, Jin began his path as a martial artist. During this period, he became more friendly to people yet due to being unsure on how to interact with others, is very hesitant and usually keeps quiet until Asuka helps him out. Plus, the two cousins are raised more like siblings and as they grew up together, Asuka and Jin became as such though they are very competitive when it comes to martial arts.

During the 3rd King of Iron Fist tournament, Jin fought and defeated numerous opponents in the tournament. He also fought against his rival, Hwoarang, although it ended in a draw. Despite this, Jin continued on through the tournament and finally arrived at the temple where Ogre was located. Just as he approached the entrance to the temple, Heihachi appeared and forced him to fight in order to lure out Ogre, but kept this from Jin. Instead, he told Jin that he wanted to test his abilities and determine whether or not he was strong enough to fight Ogre, but Heihachi had ulterior motives.

Eventually, Jin defeated his grandfather, and Ogre then appeared before him. Angered by the sight of his mother's "killer", Jin engaged Ogre in a fight, fueled by rage. During the fight, Ogre absorbed Heihachi's power, allowing him to become True Ogre.

Jin defeated True Ogre and had avenged his mother at last. Suddenly due to the extreme battle, True Ogre violently exploded. Mere seconds after his victory, Jin is attacked by Heihachi's Tekken Force soldiers. Due to already foreseeing this moment and succumbing to the Draculinus Bloodline, Jin evolves into Devil Jin and savagely cripples Heihachi before dropping him into a live volcano...Though Heihachi survives due to holding onto the edge of the cliff.

Around this time, Jin meets and trains alongside his cousins Shinji & Takuto Ikari, the former being additionally trained under his aunts Tsunade and Hitomi Ikari. He is more closely associated with them, especially Shinji whom he would spar for hours while using traditional karate. He not only endures a lot of brutal attacks from his cousin but had even developed his stamina through long hours of such hardcore sparring sessions.

Even when he eventually meets his resurrected father Kazuya for the first time, Jin and Kazuya immediately have a deep loathing for each other for personal reasons. Kazuya believes his son to be a weakling but desires the Draculinus Bloodline in order to become a Devil God. From Jin's perspective, Kazuya never loves his mother Jun and that alone is the center of Jin's hatred for Kazuya since the man only cares about power and thus he vows to eradicate the Mishima Clan from existence.

In the 5th King of Iron Fist Tournament, Jin met and battled his great-grandfather, Jinpachi Mishima and in the end, defeated him. Jinpachi exploded into nothing but dust, as Jin looked up to the sky. In the end, Jin walks into the Mishima Zaibatsu throne room, having claimed the Zaibatsu.

Under Jin's leadership, the Zaibatsu not only brought Heihachi to the close of extinction but using Shinji's strategies, he began to weaken Kazuya by brutally seizing many assets through legal means while working with Anthony Vermillion to acquire the powers of the Fighting Goddess Torrin.

During this period, Jin began to trains Jordan Vermillion until he realizes that Jordan had attacked Jun years earlier and while Jun defeated the Lion back then, this made Jin desiring of burying Jordan alongside the Mishimas since anyone who threatens his loved ones is an enemy.

Yet Jin was unaware that he was being manipulated by the Dark Cabal, whose membership included Cassandra Taiga, who persuades the ruling council to engineer events in order to make Jordan embrace the Satsui No Hadou.

He also sees Jordan as a threat for another reason; although a student of Jin's other cousin Ryu, Jordan can tap into the Satsui No Hadou but lacks control and this made him a threat since Jordan can be used by others in order to hurt Shinji's loved ones. So as soon as the 2010 Valkyrie Densetsu Tournament comes to an abrupt end did Jin attempts to murder Jordan but fails to do so.

While Shinji was upset with Jin for coming up with the tournament in order to catch Torrin, the cousins are able to remain close and in order to reconcile issues, they would fight each other until they became totally exhausted to continue. In addition, Jin relies on his uncles to handle the day-to-day activities of the Zaibatsu while working out with Nina Williams, who trains him in her Aikido style.

Jin Kazama's title of Devil-Slayer Karate King is due to not only slaying Azrael - not to be confused with the Devilman Emperor who became Jin's mentor in understanding the origins of the Draculinus Bloodline and the God-Devilmen race - but also slaying three Demon Kings  - who also happens to be half-brothers of Rin Ikari -, thus earning Jin the respect of their minions.

Jin spends much of his time facing martial artists in order to test his strength and most became his recurring sparring partners due to being impressed by his dedication to the martial arts. His favorite sparring partners are Rika Usami, Chizuru Ai & Kaori Matsumoto, who are also students of either Makoto's Rindokan or Shinji's Dojos.

His primary nemesis are Hwoarang - who is like a brother to him, especially when the Korean immediately smacks Jin in the back of his head while calling him an idiot when he learns the truth -, his cousins Asuka Kazama, Kanna Kirishima, Ryu Ikari and ironically, Shinji & Takuto Ikari.

His hated enemies are Kazuya Mishima and Jordan Vermillion, the latter earns Jin's hatred.
