OOC of the manipulative sister of Washu and Tsunami

Lady Tokimi is one of the three omnidimensional sister Goddesses known as the Choushin.

The first mention of Lady Tokimi is during which Sasami has a nightmare in which Tokimi is trying to kidnap Tenchi. Lady Tokimi then appears as a mysterious divine being ordering Dr. Clay to abduct Washu Hakubi, the universe's greatest scientist, for mysterious reasons.

It is revealed that Washu and Tsunami are her sisters and together, the trio created the universe and its many dimensions. Over countless millennia, Tokimi generated abnormalities in the universal fabric, working with and apart from her sisters in order to find a theoretical being more powerful than they.

Although Tokimi was shown to coldly play with the structure of the universe, including moving galaxies and creating great anomalies/space distortions, Tokimi is not shown as an antagonist since she sees Tenchi Masaki as the result of her and her sisters' search to find the aforementioned higher power.

While Washu and Tsunami eventually went their separate ways to bring about the higher being, Tokimi remained to carry out their original plan: creating chaos in the universal fabric to create this super being or cause it to reveal itself. It was through her manipulations that the man Z gained the power to generate the Light Hawk Wings, manifestations of godly power in this dimension. However, she also saw that Z was unstable and wondered if her sisters had better success. That was the reason why she wanted Clay to bring Washu to her. However, Clay's ulterior motives left her no option, but to have our dimension's supervisor D3 seal away Clay's memories of their interaction.

However, Tokimi is responsible for granting limitless powers to the Makawashi Clan in the original Mirai timeline, causing the death of X-0 and the triggering of True Third Impact before Shinji Ikari reshapes reality by establishing the Infinite Singularity Reality Timeline.

Another more serious consequence of her actions is that she grants Darth Sidious the ability of restoring his physical body upon the verge of death while implanting the knowledge of the Sith Emperor Vitiate into his soul without realizing she was deceived into doing so by Sidious himself.

But Tokimi soon had a more serious threat to face and one of her own making: Shinji Ikari himself!

Due to experiencing visions of what Tokimi had done to his clone brother and upon being reborn as the new Dark Lord of Eternal Chaos, Shinji intends on making her suffer by forcing her to witness the realization of his Das Irae scheme.

Later, when Z rebelled against Tokimi and tried to kill Tenchi, she sought to contain her errant servant. But because of this, when Tenchi's godly self emerged from his mortal shell and his powers threatened to destroy everything, Tokimi and her reunited sisters tried to contain it. However, Tokimi was attacked by a being called the "counter-actor," the sentient counter-force to the Choushin, who cared nothing for the Multiverse and only wanted to cause destruction and death.

The "counter-actor" was revealed to be the Empress Misaki Masaki Jurai Ikari gone mad. Driven insane by the same Blood Lust Curse which affected Shinji and his faction of the former Ikari-Phenex Clan, Misaki made Tokimi realizes that her machinations and her single-minded foolishness had condemned one reality to death and now...she will be held responsible for the brith of the Endless Nightmare, a scenario which the Blood Lust Curse itself hopes to achieve through the Eternal Nightmare Tsukuyomi Ritual.

Tokimi also realizes that the Makawashi Clan are the worst kind of people since they care only for godhood and had even manipulated her into tricking the Toad Sage to revealing the Dark Lord of Eternal Chaos Prophecy to Jiraiya, knowing that he will mishandle the prophecy in way which comes full circle in 2019.

Shinji especially forces her to witness the fruition of his Das Irae and as she pleads with him not to do this, he ignores her while coldly stating that she will die knowing that it was SHE who started all of this!

Fortunately, the appearances of Tokimi's sisters, Sailor Moon, Yuria Ikari and especially Ihadurca, who is revealed to be Yui Ikari, were enough to avert Multiversal Apocalypse and brings the crisis to an end.

Shinji openly hates Tokimi and wants her to suffer but his desires to be reunited with his parents and wanting his hapiness back eventually leads him to abandoned his scheme while his loved ones freed him from the influence of the Blood Lust Curse.

Although many still bears resentment towards her for causing Shinji's suffering to begin with, the Celestial Gods intervene on Tokimi's behalf and left her to be alone with her sisters. Washu and Tsunami expressed their delight in interacting with the players of this ongoing story, especially Nobunaga, Shinji, Helen, and Tenchi Misaki. Tokimi felt regret not having the same interaction with Z during her own experiments, and upon releasing Z back to his happiest place and time, expressed a bit of hope that the two of them might one day meet again.

Tokimi chose to stay with her sisters and to stay away from Shinji since she wasn't ready to ask for forgiveness from his family or him for the harm she had inflicted.

She would later joins the others in combating Darth Sidious in the final decisive showdown of the First Order-Resistance War, combining her powers with her sister and the Children of Celestial Chaos to erase Darth Sidious's malevolent soul once and for all.
