Seto Phenex's true form during times when he goes into his Berserker Nether-Devil form. He first use it during World War II, taking out Nazis and even scares the Howling Commandos by the way he kills his enemies.

He didn't use this form until the 21st Century, when he chose to go into his own solo war against the Makawashi Clan and their allies. He would especially use this form to slaughter the corrupted Rojo Council members once they were abolished and condemned to death.
