Olga Phenex is one of the illegtimate children of Jin Phenex, the evil rogue Prince of the Phoenix Empire and self-declared Devil Shogun of a Hidden Empire during the Age of the Eternal War.
A native of Russia, much about her past remains shrouded in mystery except that she grew up under the close eye of Jin's mistress, who also happens to be Olga's aunt. Olga became known as the Vixen Queen of Karate due to not only enjoying making her opponents feel pain but torments them during fights which she is ruthless.
A 7th dan black belt in Kyokushin and Shotokan Karate, Olga desires to seize control of the Vermillion Dojo in order to establish her own dreams of empire and will need disciples to carry out her plans. She has even abducted Futaba Sakuraba and uses a poison-tipped blade to impale Jordan from behind but was thwarted by Shinji Ikari.
Olga is 6'3 and desires to crush both Jordan Vermillion and Shinji, a being she refuses to acknowledge as her cousin.
