A member of the Matsuoyama Dojo's Kendo Division, Shizuki Arakasa is the youngest to be a kendoka yet she is a feisty practitioner of the art.
Due to being the same age as Shinobu Maehara, Shizuki has a temper whenever people tends to call her shorty and she would bash them violently.
Beyond this, she is a close friend of Shinobu as well as Miharu Akiyama, the Samurai Princess and her mother Fuyumi.
