Description
Will it consume you? Will you and find ways to shine in the darkness so that you can burn through it effortlessly?I am incredibly happy with how this fractal turned out. Not only did I learn a lot, but I think it's my strongest conceptual fractal to date. It's not perfect, but it satisfies so many aesthetics that I love seeing in artwork. Even though I don't normally roll with green and red color schemes, I managed to find a combination of them that I enjoyed working with!
Fun fact: I have 18 different stages of this in Chaotica. That's approximately a dozen more on average than most of what I create! And yes, it's 1080p for the first time in forever. Hopefully my decision to go with a larger size won't be too abused by the internet at large ...

Very beautiful. Lots of energy and emotion, and I think the vibrant colors are appropriate and well-chosen considering the subject matter. The textures are just awesome and delineate a great scene; even in the background you have this subtle dark flow from the face, and I like how the edges of the face are glowing quite strikingly. Your use of negative space is great, it makes all the elements really stand out. Darkly radiant. Very well done.

I should make a montage or something showing how I changed things. I'm honestly glad I have so many stages of progress for this, as it helps me understand what I did with the effects over time moreso than in my usual artwork!
