I like how it looks like she's just to roll over from either a loop or a hammer stall maneuver.

I was watching some jet shows few months ago and at some maneuvers (hammer stall, I think) it looked like jet was completely still for half a second.
I wanted to capture this highest peak

well I combined jet shows, various birds in slow motion, horses in slow motion, as well as some sports, such as High jump andΒ Pole vault (that's where I did bending)

Yep there is that track and field feel to it in spots. Which if I ever did a human version of RD I'd give her a track and field build. Lots of wiry muscle, not much in the way of body fat.

Also, I've never seen her as a swimmer, which is sad, because swimming and flying almost look the same

I guess the main thing about either of those builds is that she relatively small breasted. I just don't see as being busty which a lot of fans want to do when either anthromorphizing the character or making her human. This I think is one of the better examples of RD'sΒ human buildΒ Human Rainbow Dash Stretches
