I actually thought this was Pinkie holding a steak over the surface of water before I had a close look at it. As it is, it's actually a pretty good image of Pinkie tossing cake.
Maybe some cupboards or a countertop in the background to make it more obvious it's Sugarcube Corner would've been better, but at least the stair's railing tells me it's Sugarcube Corner.
