Character History: Pan comes from a long line of Kung Fu masters in her homeland of Sihai. When there was trouble, the Pandarins were there to defend their homeland. As years past, wars died down and thus the Masters adapted to a peaceful life style and were able to become master chiefs. Their fighting skills and style proved to be a unique way to cook plus provided entertainment for the customers. Pan followed her ancestor’s steps of learning Kung Fu and cooking. She earned her cutie mark while using her fighting skills to cook, showing off her kind and cheerful nature by making food for others. She exemplifies the concept of, “Floats like a Butterfly, Stings like a Bee.”
Even thou Pan was happy in her homeland, she always wanted to explore the lands in the West. When, her older sister, Shampoo, made plans to start her own restaurant in Equestrai, Pan jumped at the opportunity to come with. While her parents eventually allowed Pan to join her sister, Shampoo was not so keen on the idea. However, with relentless begging Shampoo finally agreed to let Pan accompany her. Realizing that Pan and Shampoo were about to leave, the twins didn’t want to be left behind.
In the end, once travel arrangements were made, Pan and all her sisters were off to explore Equestrai. Traveling throughout Equestrai, the Pandarian siblings sold their homeland cooking on a moving cart, while searching for a more permanent shop. Eventually, they settled in Ponyville and after months of construction, the Jade Café was ready for business.
Pan hopes her cooking and lifestyle will honor her family name and that her cooking will please the Princesses’ taste.
She is Kung Fu Fighting and is honored to meet you!
This is a character I adopted from Sakuyamon, her pony and Equestria Girl form. She made her, I liked her design, and just had to have her. She might be a character in my MLP story.
