Thank you very much. haha I made it a bit to hot and salty.
It is called Naruot maki or kamaboko or fishcake a bit like surimi
if you maybe know it? it's made out of pressed fish I think.

Thank you very much haha well I uesd to much chilli oil and miso so it was a bit too salty and hot for the next time I know to use less miso.

Oh well I used to much miso and too much chilli oil so it was a bit to salty and hot.
But it was quite nice for the first try.
