Effect: “Blue-Eyes White Dragon” + “XYZ-Dragon Cannon”
Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) during a Duel you Summoned both the above cards, by banishing the above cards from your field and/or GY. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Non-LIGHT monsters on the field cannot activate their effects. Once per turn: You can banish 1 card from your hand or GY; banish all other cards on the field, and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each card banished by this card. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

I've been waiting to critique this one for a while.
To the issues, which thankfully are few and far between. This, clearly, is for Kaiba what Armed Dragon Catapult Cannon was for Chazz - an amalgamation of two of Kaiba's premiere monsters, both in the Main Deck and in the Extra Deck. So that's one of the two points of originality gone, the second star off coming from the almost Cntrl-C Ctrl-V'ed Summoning effect it has. The technique is definitely there, but it's a bit swamped by generic effects. Which, again, wouldn't be a problem if this card wasn't so easy to bring out.
And now we turn to the good. As in good god that art is superb, the effect might actually put it past ABC - Dragon Buster, the Summoning conditions actually make Unexpected Dai, Union Hangar and Sage with Eyes of Blue a one-two-three punch for getting this walking floodgate out, (and you've put out more cards for less power on turn one, if Destiny HERO - Plasma's prominence is any indication) and it's almost all of the good parts of the old Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the end on the easiest trigger in the Galaxy, just below "pay half your LP", just above "banish a card you control".
So yeah, great marks all around, great creature all around, only wish the Summoning conditions weren't air-lifted from a far more convoluted Fusion, but that's to THIS card's credit consideirng how much more useful it is here. Moar like this plz.

As a Hybrid of 2 of Kaiba's Famous Cards, this would give Structure Deck: Seto Kaiba, a New Spin. Even Majesty with Eyes of Blue is a Cool way to Combo with this card. As I look at this card, I would say that this is easier than Armed Dragon catapult Dragon, However, there is one weakness that one can use DNA Transplant and bypass this card. Thanks to this effect, this is more of a cool concept of 2 cards that belong to a rival to create a stronger card. There should be more cards that belong to Kaiba that combine elements with his Blue-Eyes Cards and another Gimmick in a Similar manner like Chazz's Ojama/A-to-Z/Armed Dragon Stuff.

i can imagine fusing blue eyes white dragon, xyz dragon cannon, chaos emperor dragon and tyrant burst dragon (critias with tyrant wings) to create chaos blue eyes atomic burst dragon the fusion of the 4 dragons that kaiba has
