Effect: “Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End” + “Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon”
Must be Fusion Summoned. When this card is Fusion Summoned: Detach all Xyz Materials from Xyz Monsters your opponent controls, then this card gains 500 ATK for each Xyz Material detached by this effect. Once per turn: You can pay 1000 LP; banish all other cards on the field, and if you do, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card banished by this effect. This card cannot attack your opponent directly the turn you activate this effect.

I feel like the drawback should be "this card cannot attack your opponent directly" as opposed to the latter. But regardless, nice job with the effect.

I feel like this card is easily ban worthy...... as there are almost no fusion summoning restrictions, and has that CED effect.

Not saying it doesn't make since that it has that effect, the effect makes perfect since, it is just a really strong effect with little issue pulling it out.

That's a very small drawback for an effect that powerful on a monster as easy to summon as this one is. I mean, first thought, you can just summon more monsters after using the effect and attack with them instead, that's kinda a part of how the infamous Yata-lock worked.
