The fusion between teacher and student! Dark Magician fuses with his apprentice, Dark Magician Girl, to form the Master of the Dark Magicians!Effect:
“Dark Magician” + “Dark Magician Girl”
Must be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Materials. Cannot be Tributed. Gains 300 ATK for each Spell/Trap and Spellcaster monster with a different name in your GY. This card can be used as a substitute for any card effect that specifically lists the card(s) "Dark Magician" or “Dark Magician Girl” in its text. (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 Trap from your GY; Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses 700 ATK, also it cannot attack or change its battle position until the end of your opponent's next turn. When an opponent's monster declares an attack (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 Spell from your GY; Target the attacking monster; negate the attack, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 monster from your GY; Target 1 monster your opponent controls and 1 other monster you control; destroy the first target, then give control of the second target to your opponent. You can only use each effect of “Master of the Dark Magicians” once per turn.

With every new fan-made card, you give people reason to want to play certain cards that seem to be forgotten or unwanted again, giving archetypes a second chance. This card is no exception.
For starters, with 3000 ATK and immunity to Tributing will make this card difficult to remove without the right cards. Using this card as a substitute for a card that supports "Dark Magician" or "Dark Magician Girl" means that the powers of certain cards are at this monster's disposal, which makes this card more formidable. Also, having this card gain ATK for every differently named Spellcaster, Spell and Trap in your Graveyard means that this card could become overpowered in the right Deck.
And THREE Quick Effects? Amazing! And each of them seems to be based on a Spell or Trap used when either Yugi was using "Dark Magician" or "Dark Magician Girl". Banishing a Trap from your Graveyard and causing a monster to lose ATK while freezing it in place references "Spellbinding Circle", which Yugi used alongside "Dark Magician" in its first appearance. Banishing a Spell from your Graveyard and negating an attack while inflicting effect damage is similar to the effect of "Magic Cylinder", which, in the first of the "Yu-Gi-Oh!" anime series, could only be activated while a Spellcaster was under your control (and that card was first used when Yugi used "Dark Magician Girl" against Marik's "Slifer the Sky Dragon"). And banishing a monster from your Graveyard, destroying an opponent's monster on the field and switching control of your monster to your opponent is a reference to "Mystic Box" (which Yugi always used with "Dark Magician").
With such a card as this one, I don't think anyone would want to Duel Yugi if he were able to bring this card out, especially in late game. Be sure to keep up the awesome, and I hope to see more amazing cards in the future.
