She looks lonely, and a little less than pleased with her placement as the Queen of Chaos. As though she wanted something different for herself but couldn't stray from what she was destined to be.
There is much emotion in the face, but the posture seems to say that though she is less than happy, she has also grown accustomed to her life, and carries herself thus.
She also seems to be saying, by posture and stance, that she is not one to be trifled with. She may be a pretty yet disturbing image, but she can also handle herself.
At least, that's what I got out of it.
