Cut&Clown: *obnoxious laughter*
Everyone Else: Oh F**k No.

I can see these two dorks being friends. And not just because they're my favorite Robot Masters. They actually have quite a bit in common if you think about it.

They both like trying to make others laugh. (Cut with his puns, Clown with his pranks)
They're both the "Annoying Little Brothers" of their families
They both have little brothers themed around ice (Cut has IceMan, Clown has FrostMan)

And...other things that I can't think up at the moment, might edit this description later to add more. Also, I didn't think up this horribly Terrible joke myself, I heard it somewhere and thought; "Wow. that is the Worst joke I've ever heard. That's almost as bad as a CutMan-Pun. *realizes that I have to make CutMan make the joke at some point*"
