Understand Moon's Perspective:
Imagine this. You were living your life, everything was perfectly normal, and suddenly you wake up in a burning building and you have no memory of what happened. That's Moon's situation. Too many things are happening all at once for him to fully process. He isn't stupid. He knows the severity of the situation but the Daycare is/was Sun and Moon's home. It's the place where their happy memories were made, and to suddenly see their home burn, made Moon feel completely helpless. It doesn't help that Moon feels super confused and lost as to why his security protocols failed. He doesn't remember anything while under the virus's control.

Understand Sun's Perspective:
Sun also doesn't want to leave their home but knows he has to if he wants both to survive. The relationship between Sun and Moon was very harmonious. Then the virus infected Moon, and Sun felt completely helpless because he couldn't break his brother free from the virus's control. At one point, Sun was convinced he lost Moon forever to the virus. This made Sun realize how much Moon means to him. The Daycare may be their home, but for Sun, Moon is his home. They are brothers. Now that Moon is back, Sun has no problem referring the Daycare as just "a building". He would rather lose the Daycare than lose his brother again.
