Here have a sad boy.

Just a shitty little doodle of Joey in the Damned AU infinitywaltz and I are writing about atm. In this AU, Joey here is a "Gifted" (aka a human born with special abilities). He calls it "Cursed" because he's been locked in a basement his whole life because his parents were terrified of what he could do. And he's accidentally killed people with it. So there's that. He's a very very sad boy who thinks he's not even a person, and is burdened with the guilt of the lives he's taken even though it's not really his fault (how can he control it if he's never been taught how).

Anyway, arsehole humans tried to kill him and burnt down his house with his family inside. Thankfully he was rescued by a chosen by the name of Ghast --> <-- who healed him up and took him home, and is gonna look after him along with his best buddy Enigma.

But there's angst ahead because Joey's so devoid of hope and happiness that he's becoming one of the Damned (aka monsters that people start to transform into when they lose all hope and purpose, thanks to Maverick), so here's hoping Ghast can stop that from happening before he loses someone else to Maverick's evil.
