just because someone has dark skin tone doesn't mean that they're black...
and i honestly just think its the dark lighting/grittiness of the picture. thats kinda how MK is.

i dont mean black as in race/afro american, because obviously he's not AA.
but skin tones vary in the edenian race, jade has a black skin tone, shes not an african american, but she is black skinned
but for all we know, jade could be an edenian equivilant of an earthrealm afro american, or brazilian, or cuban.
but never the less, she is a black skinned char,
i asked that because in the very few previous games rain was in, he was light skinned.
in the video, he looked dark skinned/black skinned, just by the fingers and the eyes.
either way it doenst matter but it was noticable.
