Thanks, but I have a little problem. There's a art thief I know of, he keeps stealing art. I blocked him, but he will just keep stealing.

If he keeps stealing, then you must report him to one of the DA admins, and hopefully he'll be banned. -_-

Art thieves make me sick - what they do shows me that they are too lazy to make their own things!

Even if I made something that belonged to someone else, I'd ALWAYS give that person FULL CREDIT, because that's the kind of honest person I am!

This is also why I'm so fiercely protective of my OCs, giving the disclaimer to not use them without my permission. I mean, if anyone wanted to make a pic of my OC Silly Road, then they'd have to ask me first!

Don't worry. If you report him like I said, then he should go away.

Yep, if you tried confronting him, he'll make up a bunch of lies. I just got mediabang, and I'm trying it out. Even if they are a troll, its not right to steal someone else's art.

O_O First off, this is a blatent copy-and-paste off of a poor victim , and second: if you look at the bottom-right of the pic, if you keep scrolling down, there's a function called "Report Deviation!" so click that, and it'll be reported.

I can't whenever I do it won't let me submit. Like I tried multiple times. The only person who can take it down is I love minions.

Then go to the FAQ page I showed you. I'm sure you can find an admin somehow that way.
