Description Even though I've had my DSLR about 18 months now I've not really had the opportunity to really concentrate on learning how to use it. However in the short time off I've had this summer so far I decided to really get to grips with it. I did a shoot with my friend in a gorgeous little park in Leeds (Park Square) the other day where she helped me to understand how to use aperture size and shutter speed to get better control over light. Here's a little miniseries of the results!

I think I've gotten to grips with composition and I'm getting there with focus, but light control has always evaded me. I still have a long way to go but I think I'm starting to get it! Any feedback would be really helpful please Critiques will be set up when I get premium membership
