Description
This was done for the Spring Fever in the Garden event in Winter Garden FL
Final chalk art is a humming bird I painted from my backyard series. Really wish I had more time to walk around to see some of the vendors. Such an amazing place to find all kinds of plants, garden crafts and fine art! Spring is finally here in FL! White backgrounds are difficult! Chalk has a hard time sticking... several layers were put on this and used a little bit of hair spray to get it to stick.
Final size: 6ft x 6ft
About 8 hours
Done on on sidewalk concrete
Materials: Koss Soft Pastels, Mountain Vision Soft pastels and Eternity Chalks
My painted version
