Some fanart of General Skarr, who I rank as one of my all-time favorite TV characters. Not bad for my first real attempt at drawing him.

It's a real shame that Evil Con Carne lasted for less than a season. Yet I was REALLY happy when Skarr actually 'moved' into the Billy and Mandy show.
