She was dared to drink with Nami, so a dares a dare! Btw, Charlotte doesn't EVER get drunk, or more importantly for some reason she can't get drunk no matter how much alcohol she has. She isn't human so anything is possible xD

Storyline:
*Nami passes out* "U-uugh. 20 drinks *hic* and I'm still fine~"
"Ha, I win! And this is my 25th one and I feel fine "
Z- "Woah, how is she still going?? Shouldn't she be knocked out by now?!"
"No way Zoro! I told you, it is impossible for Rosette's to get drunk no matter how much they drink. Don't ask why 'cause I don't even know myself"
U- "I'm just surprised Nami passed out, since that is usually very rare"
S- "Oh Charlotte, she's so awesome when she's drinking~!"
Z- "Can it you love sick-cook!"
S-" Shut up moss-head!"
