You’re a freshman in college named Andrew and you meet your roommate, Max, for the first time when you guys move in and for the first few weeks you guys are getting along and then max starts to leave his things everywhere, and room starts to get cluttered, and there is a brief argument between you two.
You guys go to sleep angry but when you wake up you’re not feeling right. Everything is so much heavier and the covers and really big now. You starts to move around and realize that the covers aren’t big, but you are small. You start to move around and make your way out of the covers. The only person in the room is your roommate max so you wait for him to wake up so you can get his attention. A few hours pass and he’s still not up so you decide to move and hop down. As you climb down from your bed which now seems like a sky scraper you land in the soft carpet and begin walking over towards maxes bed so that when he gets up he’ll be able to see you.
“Andrew, andrew close the blinds. The suns too bright this early” max says
You not being able to respond gets ready for him to get up and see you so he can help. As max complains some more he decides to get up. He turns in his bed and rolls out. As you look up he looks down and sees you on the floor. As his eyes adjust he realizes that it’s not his mind playing tricks on him and that it’s actually a shrunken Andrew.
“Woah, is that really you down there?”
You try to yell back but to no avail.
“Well looks like we’ll have some fun with you now. If my rooms so messy I’ll just make your home a nice little smelly home. Hmmmm, what can I use”
You look around as the room and see he has some of his shoes tucked up under his bed, his dirty cloths pile, and his football bag. You don’t know which one he’ll put you in.
“I got it, let’s see how you like these nike racers I’ve got here. Been the only shoe I’ve been wearing for a while now.” Max says as he scoops you up and drops you in his shoe.
“Alright, now I’m going to go back to sleep until class. Enjoy” he says giggling.
You look around and just see the long shoe, take a wiff and your nose is filled with the smell of socks and feet.
Hours past again and you dose off and are awaken by your new home being shaken. You fall to the toe of the shoe as you hear mad on the phone saying
“I can’t be late again. Today is back to back to back classes and I can’t get off to a bad start again”
You look up and see his bare foot pushing Into your home and you realize he forgot where he put you. The foot fills the shoe completely and you and smothered with teenaged boy toes. As the pressure increases as the laces are tied and he starts to walk you feel him freeze and tense up. The pressure you were dealing with goes away and in that moment you know he just remembered. After that your new home begins to move again, you can tell when you guys move outside because the heat increases and the sweat starts. Then everything just stops. He must be in his first class you think to yourself. Time passes and you spent time being tossed around as he played with his feet in class, then the heat begins to increase again and sweat starts to flow. You hear him talking with a few friends and you don’t like what you hear. Max was just invited to a pickup game and with your current situation, things aren’t looking too good for you.
The game begins and the sweat begins to flow along with the increase in pressure as you’re crushed and can breath and back to being crushed.
You lose track of time but pass out and when you come too you are attacked to the sweaty shoe and see a hand reach in to pull you out. Max pulls you out of the shoe and says
“Oh this is going to be fun”
