hahahah OH GOD, THAT DOG LOOKS REALLY FIERCE AND DANGEROUS, WE ARE GOING TO DIE xD hahah laughs apart, a phobia is a phobia! They can be so irrational at first sight but there's always a reason! If I'm not wrong, I read on that wikipedia webpage that Alessa's fear of dogs could be because they were used barely times to be used as guardians to make sure Alessa didn't leave her room, or scape, when all the ritual stuff wasalready moving. But I have to make a deeper investigation
This picture, and, of course no doubts, the story (an story on the description always gives so much meaning and athmosphere to the picture) which I love so, SO much. This is an amazing work ^^
Ah! And,honey, I can't help but I am reading a pair of books of the same series made by an author named Gerri Hill (a lady) which REALLY makes me remember your story A LOT. It's not about silent hill and all that, of course. But it's about a police officed with really bad temper who likes to work alone (she always try her best to make their cop partners leave) until they put a new partner with her, another girl, so sweet and tender and smart. At the beggining, the bad tempered cop tries to push her away but finally she ends falling in love for her inmediately. It's a great story, I'm with the second book now xDDDD
So, It made me remember a lot to Heather being so self protective of herself , trying to push Rebecca away and not trusting her, to end falling in love with her and softening her temper. Supe cute xD
Anyway, sorry, this is not the point, lol. This picture is great, I love their expressions, and the story is sublime x3 keep up the great work hun

Yep, sweet friend, that little puppy is a terror! But like you, I do seriously appreciate how powerful our deepest fears and phobias can be, sometimes you need to laugh to try at least a little to soften such things. I've got my own fears too, of course, but nothing to really make me stop and run for cover or anything.
From what I know, because of her experiences in her first life as Alessa Gillespie, Cheryl's fears -- and the demons that take form because of them -- come from terrible experiences with people and dogs, among other things. And then there's her fear of mirrors, that if she looks into one she'll see Alessa looking back. :/ I had my own thoughts about how Alessa came to fear and loathe dogs, and that's something I'll go into detail with in the next chapter of Judgment Day, serious! (If you want to know before that, I'll tell you by notes!) I hope you'll like what I have in store for that chapter...besides the fact it's going to turn very dark very fast for Cheryl and Rebecca in that Silent Hill way!
Thank you so very much, my sweet friend, I'm really honored and happy you love this so. I wanted to do my best for you like always because of your inspiration. Again, I hope I can do the same for you.
I'd love to know more about those novels from Gerri Hill! That's exactly what I've been trying to accomplish since the start of Judgment Day, sweet Rebecca slowly working through Cheryl's defenses as they fall in love in spite of how different they are. I'm honored again you'd compare what I've been doing to that author's works, thank you so much again.
I'll always do my best, my sweet friend, I promise!
