Wow a non-gijinka cosplay what nonsense is thisI didn't like NGNL too much tbh but I loved the characters and their designs
Since i have a soft spot for low-key psycho characters Jibril was my fave
I did a couple shoots with her at Otakon so I have a bunch more shots coming in but this is all for now. Unfortunately the front belt thing and part of the boot cover fell off and I was an idiot that didn't budget my time correctly to style the wig so it was an incomplete costume but that just means I'll have to get more pictures! (taken on my iphone by a friend; edited by me)

Thank you! Honestly I wouldn't completely recommend the series if only because it's extremely fanservice-y, but if that doesn't bother you it does have lots of redeeming qualities that make it pretty alright

I'm confused, what do you mean? You mean because it's not in character? I have a couple more in-character shots coming but I wanted one or two to just show off the cosplay.
In terms of accuracy there are a couple pieces missing (I had complications with the belt/ears, mainly) but other than that it's pretty much as accurate as the laws of physics will allow haha

Well I really enjoyed No Game No Life, and this character was pretty great (I was more a fan of the princes of the Humans, I felt so bad for her). You did a great job on her costume. The hair piece looks great and your top and gloves look fantastic. Great setting for this shot. I'll look forward to seeing more shots of this cosplay someday.

I'm not familiar with this anime (I'll have to check it out), so I can't comment on accuracy or anything, but it does look pretty cute. Β Although that top looks like it was trouble!
