While I love the colors, I am going to have to admit that it still looks too much like Chrysalis.Β I'd suggest making some kind of change to the mane to differentiate from Chrysalis, and changing the muzzle to be a little less rounded, and more square - like the male ponies you see on the show. :3

I agree, but again, I've had practice with only female drawings/vectors so I stuck with what I knew...unfortunately it resulted in a pony/changeling hybrid haha

Is he sideways? Anyways it's kind of too much like Chrysalis, and too much like a mare, you should try to get creative (as creative as you can with a changeling, anyways)

When why does he have a mares body?
Design wise, I don't think changeling OCs are bad, but designing one that is essentially identical to Queen Chrysalis, especially when the OC is the other gender, is just honestly lazy designing.

The mare's body was my doing. I wasn't familiar with drawing Changeling's bodies and such, so the only reference I had was what I am used to drawing, a mare's body.
True, I agree completely. But as I mentioned, I haven't divulged much into Changelings, so the two references I had to work with was Queen Chrysalis and her changelings, and the actual OC picture. I did what I could given the situation, but if possible I'll go back and make adjustments when I get more experiences with drawing changelings.
