Been bored today so decided to get in a bit of character design practice. Based off of a cloudy sky. Still trying to get the hang of drawing people so I may end up uploading more similar sort of character designs at some point in the near future.Fair amount of inspiration for this sort of design taken from Disney's The Little Mermaid.
