This was a suggestion made my the fantastical whom the following lines are dedicated to.
Sam holding a crying Dean.
I am honestly not confident in this at all. But I hope you like it.

"Dean, I thought if I ran, you'd let me go for a while."

"What, like Stanford?" His voice was muffled in Sam's shirt, but he was still brimming with fury. But fury that was slowly disspating the longer he sunk into Sam's solid warm body. One that he thought was cold and six feet under in the middle of nowhere.

"God, no Dean. You're just better without me." Sam's heart was hammering and coated in guilt. He felt Dean tighten his grip.

"This is what I am without you."
