Well, don't ask. I really screwed this picture up. XD I like the lineart, but the whole thing was an excuse to draw Snipe Shot's brothers, Geo Note (Back) and Deep Echo (Front)

I'll upload the references for all three siblings shortly.

So, Geo Note and Deep Echo made Snipe Shot some wings because she wanted to be able to fly. She always felt bad because she wanted to fly like her brother, but wasn't able to because unlike her brothers, she wasn't a Unicorn or Pegasus. So they made her wings - yay.
