I can't help but think the rest of that sentence is "And then I never have to see that little brat or my mom ever again." Which might be a much shared sentiment since I don't think a lot of non-witches be they male or female appreciate being transformed for little to no reason by their relatives just because 'I have powers and you don't, so I can do whatever I like to you'.
For a possible sequel, what if parents had to be careful about changing their non magically inclined children, in case they were witches/ wizards in their new gender. And Zack found out that he was a witch when he was Zoe, then used this to get his own back on his sister
